Extreme Bullying -- Is that what truly happened at Chardon High School in Ohio when a 17-year-old boy went gun crazy in the school and wound up killing 3 students? And what about 10-year-old Joanna Ramos? She got into an argument which turned into a fight that led her to an unsuccessful surgery for a brain concussion and was pronounced dead. The problem of school bullying is apparently not going away quickly. What can we do to identify the signs of despair and depression in students to stop this from happening again?
