They're talking about Ayuuki, Sakura never liked her at all because Ayuuki and Sasuke were childhood friends, and she says that Ayuuki is kinda egoist, that she thinks only about herself sometimes and Taki defends Ayuuki because he knows her better.. this is one of those moments when he's really serious... he's usually all cute and innocent xDD
